ORDERS AND PRICES   

The prices will be those on the Official website www.rackosports.com Dancoserv,S.L reserves the right to modify prices of any products, technical specifications and designs without prior communication. 

The guarantee of the price of your order is in the online order confirmation, your order or proforma invoice that follows at your request. Only the payment of your online order confirmation, your order or proforma invoice constitutes conformity to prices of the goods. 

ITEMS ON REQUEST   

RACKO Products: 

Due to the exclusive manufacturing process of our RACKO products, the average delivery time for articles on request is 5 to 6 weeks, unless it is in stock. 

Other Products: 

All delivery times for other products will be indicated in the online order confirmation, your order or proforma invoice with advance payment shipping. 

DELIVERY TIMES

If no other period is specified in the article description, the delivery of the products in the Iberian Peninsula takes 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries in CE (Continental Europe) from 5 to 9 working days. All delivery times will be indicated in the online order confirmation, your order or proforma invoice with advance payment including shipping.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times or items on request, we will send the products in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case, based on the item with the longest delivery time you have requested.

PAYMENT 

Payment of the requested items will be made against the issuance of the corresponding online order confirmation, your order or proforma invoice, based on the conditions indicated therein.

National Orders: Online payment / Bank Card or Bank Transfer 

International Orders: Online payment / Bank Card or Bank Transfer 

Banks to make your payments to Dancoserv,S.L., (Euro Account), those indicated in the order, online order, invoice or proforma invoice. 

CARRIAGE

We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of the shipment and destination.  

The delivery time/carriage and cost will be indicated in the acceptance of the order. 

Our supplies, even agreed free of charge, will travel at the expense and risk of the recipient, who, in case of breakdown or loss, must make any reservation notified to the carrier within 3 days of delivery by certified letter. In case of International deliveries, reservations will be forwarded to the carrier at the time of delivery. 

The customer may receive the goods at the time of delivery and must then assume full responsibility for them once they are controlled. 

CLAIMS 

Claims regarding the quality of the goods, excluding any transport litigation, must be made in writing within eight days of delivery of the goods by email to info@reckosports.com  

RETURNS 

No return of merchandise will be accepted without our written consent and without such consent implying any acknowledgment. Returned merchandise defects are verified or due to incorrect shipments properly credited. 

The merchandise to return will be in its original packaging. The company reserves the right to pass on costs for damage to goods caused by improper packaging. 

Transportation costs for return, except incorrect shipping, will be done by the buyer. 

RACKO ADVENTURE  RACK LIMITED  LIFETIME WARRANTY  

Dancoserv, S.L. (RACKO) warranties all Racko Adventure Racks to original owners of the product. Warranty is not transferable, please keep original invoice. 

If a RACKO rack that is covered by the terms of this warranty and is determined by RACKO, to be defective, RACKO will repair or replace the defective parts. RACKO may choose in some cases to offer the owner a refund of up to the original purchase price of the product in lieu of repairing or replacing the product. 

The RACKO warranty does not cover any conditions that are beyond RACKO´S control. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: excessive loading, improper assembly, improper installation, theft, or any use that is not consistent with the user guide that is included with the product. 

The RACKO Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic oxidation, accidents, or damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications. 

If you are the original owner of a defective RACKO Adventure rack, please contact RACKO by email at info@rackosports.com . A Racko representative will work to quickly resolve the problem. If repairs are necessary, the owner will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to RACKO for repair. No product should be returned to RACKO without prior authorization from RACKO staff. 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY 

THIS WARRANTY ONLY COVERS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR THE COVERED RACKO PRODUCT. ANY DAMAGE TO VEHICLE OR PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. PERSONAL INJURY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. 

VAT + TAXES 

VAT (Value Added Tax) will be charge on, at the resulting rate at all times, to all sales made within the Spanish market, and to all sales made to customers residing in member states of the EC., except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla,Andorra, San Marino, Switzerland and Norway, and those who reliably prove to be in possession of the European VAT number. 

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, San Marino, Switzerland and Norway: Not Included Local Taxes, Fees, Tariffs, Import Duties or any other tribute, fee or expenses that result from applying the legislation in force in your country of residence. 

For the rest of International sales, the VAT will not be apply, the buyer assuming Local Taxes, Fees, Tariffs, Import Duties or any other tribute, fee or expenses that result from applying the legislation in force in your country of residence. 

TITTLE 

The seller reserves the ownership of the goods until the full payment of the amount, both the principal amount and the interest and supplements, made through the effective payment of the amounts. However, the risks will be borne by the buyer. Advanced payments will be kept to cover possible losses or resale. 

In case of non-payment, the seller may cancel the sale with full right and without requirement, simply by sending a certified letter. 

Non-Payment of a single letter / promissory note on its due date will make the balance due on all other invoices fully due. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

Present Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish Legislation. All possible disputes will be the concerns of the Madrid courts and tribunals.
